July 25, 201411 yr I have a 2002 outback and I'm really wanting to put a 2" suspension lift in it and I can't find anything but a 1" and to me that's not enough. Please help. Links or diy doesn't matter.
July 25, 201411 yr King springs and 1" spacer would be good. Or This guy does http://207.55.114.76/dan/indexkits.html
July 25, 201411 yr Ive thought about doing that to mine. I have a second gen legacy so what ive heard might be different for a later model. Ive seen a website before, I think its called Gorilla Offroad or something like that, they might have had a 2" spacer. Sorry I cant be more helpful, that was a while ago. Look into Forester springs. Apparently those fit and give around 2-3" lift. Again dont quote me on that, just something for you to look into
July 25, 201411 yr Author Yea I read the Forrester springs for sure fit on my 98 outback. But they go in after the engine swap. But I didn't see if they fit on my 2002 ob, if so that would be the way to go. Any body got any info on Forrester springs fit a 2002.
July 25, 201411 yr Forester springs won't be a lot different than the outback springs. And the only forester springs that will fit 2000+ outbacks are 09+ foresters. But they will not do much.
July 25, 201411 yr heres one http://www.sjrlift.com/index.php/catalog/lift-kits/0-2-lift-kit-2000-detail Edited July 25, 201411 yr by Scott in Bellingham
July 27, 201411 yr Author Now with that 2" lift is it bolt on and ready to go or do I need a bunch other parts ex: steering link, other suspension component mods?
