August 7, 201411 yr Having a hard time with this car came into shop withy seized turbo changed turbo now only revs to 3500 pings bad and wont go engine idles good no vacume leaks plugs seem ok. Anyone fighting this same car ? ideas ?
August 7, 201411 yr limp mode? My 06 WRX has done that twice due to spurious TGV codes. cleared the ECU and everything went back to normal. knock sensor bad? full of low octane fuel? carbon deposits in cylinders? Edited August 7, 201411 yr by 1 Lucky Texan
August 9, 201411 yr are you experiencing overboost? the ecu will cut fuel if there is an overboost event.
