i have an 88 dl wagon and was messing around with the radio the other day trying to figure out the buttons,someone thought it would be cute to take all the info off the buttons,finally got those figured out with the help of google and notice back behind the radio is another bracket that is suppose to hold the back of the radio up,well mine has been butchered and parts of the are missing can that metal bracket be replaced or is it all part of the dash?

I'm pretty sure that the radio bracket is separate from the dash. I'll have to look at my parts car, if enough of the snow is gone. ..

I remember the guy at the stereo shop giving me the stink eye because apparently my stereo bracket was missing - not sure how it's held up in the back right now, so I'm guessing I'm gonna have to hit the parts shop and get another bracket to fit back there so the stereo isn't loose.

i got the bracket at pull and save today,boy what a pain in the butt. and for only 3 bucks.
