Replacing rear sway bar mounts

Anyone know how to replace the mounts without pulling the filler neck? The rear bolt is right behind the neck, real hard to get to

Long extsnsion, and kind of wiggle your way up in there. I've done a bunch. It can be a pain, but it's doable.

Not easy, but doable. Like bratman said, extension and wiggle the socket up into there.
