I am interested to know what the value would be on a Subaru DL wagon such as this.  The pictures show there are some rust issues, but not quite sure what would be  a good price on a car of this condition.  Any help would be appreciated.

I've seen semi-restored Brats sell for upwards of 13k. So his asking price would be fair considering.

If she sells you the car I'm hoping to buy back the wheels and bar or at least get some more dough. Those are fresh wheels out of new boxes , and the bar was also new. I spent much time and effort getting them and was maybe too sympathetic letting them go. Hopefully you get the whole deal and she rounds me up on our deal.

Am I too late? That price is rather high. I bought mine ('79, 4wd, 4spd) in a little worse condition for $1,500 two years ago.
