Those little pouches are the covers for the seat belts located in the bed. The big plastic cover doesn't appear to belong to a brat, maybe a wagon panel if that.

It might be easiest to just buy the make your own sheet and cut out what you need. instead of scouring the eternal planes of the world for some old gasket material

I got the 6 year 80k mile one though SoA for my sti. Well worth it. Had a power-steering leak which fried the entire system. Covered under warranty.

Sorry for my lateness in replying! I did not replace the rear shocks but I did notice they had been replaced at some point. I'm pretty sure when I was cleaning the rear wheel wells up I saw the shocks were white with red covers and I *think* were Rancho branded. Sounds like there's a bunch of stuff that the previous owners installed that needs to come off. Try cleaning it up and putting it back to stock. Replace with a new fuse able link & check the fuse block inside the cab (driver side kick panel). Clean or replace the fuse block. Also, the head light circuit will most likely have a ton of resistance which will in turn overheat that fuse block. Go on ebay and find the plug and play head light relay, its something like 40-50 bucks and it will fix the head light circuit issue.

December 8th, 2013 - May 19th, 2017. So it is with a heavy heart that I write this post. Today, my Brat is no longer in the garage. I've parted ways with her, and hope that the new owners appreciate her as much as I have these last few years. My intention when I originally brought her home was to save her from the scrap yard. I wanted to give it new life, take care of and restore her so that people would be proud to hop in, go for a ride and have fun. I feel I've made the little old Brat proud. Hello fellow Californian. Grats on the new find first of all. In going through the hassle of getting my 78 snogged, the car originally shouldn't have come with cats. That said, I would rebuild the carb, have it tuned and see if it passes. If you can't get it to pass, just have a cat installed by a local exhaust shop.

That would be funny if this worked out for all three of us!

Just like the title states, I'm looking for a 4 spoke steering wheel for my 78 brat. I believe they came on 77-81 cars/brats. Let me know if you have one.

Is the adjustment screw a narrow brass flat head screw that sort of juts out all by itself on the passenger side almost where the distributer is? I couldn't take the air cleaner off so I had to guess.

Ah okay. Thank for the replies. I haven't had a chance to go over and play with it yet, tomorrow I get to. While it does starve for fuel on cold starts, I'm pretty sure its not as "powerful" as it used to be (or so to speak). And I noticed it after I had it adjusted so it would pass smog. I bet if we richen it up all will be better. I'll let you knowhow it turns out. Maybe I should make another quick vid so others can see...

Is there an adjustment for when its cold and then when its warm or is it just one adjustment for all? Thank you by the way, your description is very helpful.
