I have a 2008 Legacy.  The engine seized but there is plenty of oil and the engine was not running hot.  Is this engine repairable?  Is this a common problem in the 2008 Legacy?

Sounds like an oil pump failure. Mostly likely will be cheaper to just replace this engine with another.
