July 31, 201510 yr 75w90 is what factory recommends i've running carquests 85w140 in mine right now. That's pretty heavy for your transmission. I've bought the 75w-multi at NAPA several times. Works great. Subaru needs a lighter weight fluid than 90 weight. Emily

July 31, 201510 yr 75w-90 is fine, just make sure you get a GL-5 rated gear oil otherwise your diff will be destroyed.
