porcupine73 Posted January 10, 2016 Share Posted January 10, 2016 There was a post about it a week or two ago but I forget for the speedo on the flaky 99 clusters what it was, I thought someone said a cold solder joint or something with needing a better or additional ground wire something like that? wavekayaker Posted January 11, 2016 Share Posted January 11, 2016 If the cruise works, it's probably the cluster. If the new one was used it could also be bad. 99 is year specific and a lot had problems. If the cruise does not work it could be one of the transmission speed sensors.
