April 2, 201610 yr I just successfully removed a rear window out of a brat with a very supple and pliable seal. Only thing is it's a single piece window. Will it interchange with the sliding one? Need to be sure before I put it up for sale. Thanks.
April 2, 201610 yr Yes, the seal is the same unless it is gen 2, then the window is aftermarket because IIRC, the gen 2 didn't come with a one piece rear. At least, I've never seen one in a GL or DL. Pics would be helpful.
April 2, 201610 yr Author Yes it is a Gen 2. 82 Brat DL. The only other one I've ever seen was also on an 82. I can't find the restoration thread, but I'll try and get some pictures up later today.

April 3, 201610 yr Nope. That seal will only work with a one piece window. The sliders have a wide frame around them.
