September 11, 20169 yr Hey all, am the proud new owner of a 2000 Outback wagon/ base/ manual, but am slapped by a rusted out rear subframe, In need of a new or used crossmember in Western Mass. Am new to area and my searches for parts in the area haven't garnered any results. Any recommendations, referrals, within 100 miles of zip01060 greatly appreciated.
September 11, 20169 yr Contact dons automotive mall in Binghamton my. He buys insurance wrecks and has otherwise super clean parts. Ships all over too.. Post brothers in Catskill NY probably has one too. That's about 1.5 hours from Agawam. Not sure how much farther you are
September 12, 20169 yr It's not exactly cheap, but a new OEM one (updated part number that was used on that '02-'04 cars) has an MSRP of $399.71, and you can get them for less through some online retailers. Part number is 20152AE00B. I think I'd go that route before spending $200 on a used one....
