The belt is traveling way to far against the plastic cover.

I had one once that wanted to track kind of close to one side. I flipped it, and it was more centered.

Mine ride on the very back edge of the pulley, never thought it was an issue unless it runs off the pulley. 

 

I guess that's why it looked normal to me.....lol
