    I also found a green connection under the steering wheel and my radiator fans went crazy after I reconnected it

    Welcome to the USMB.  You should post your questions in the Newer Generation Forum.

    First of all. Disconnect the green connectors. It's not supposed to be connected.

    If it still doesn't run/start. Might be a ground cable left off the transmission.
