Some engine mounts have one bolt that goes thru the cradle and some have a bolt and a metal numb.. Are they interchangeable?

yes...the nub helps 'center' it...if no nub, In both cases, ensure the mount is flush / flat  w/the cradle, ie. cross-member / x-member.

Thank you sir. I thought that was the case. Needed to verify before installing engine.

and AFAIK all EJ-series engine mounts interchange...so just swap 'em if need be.
