Found a place here in grants pass Oregon that can have one at their shop in 3 days for $115 . Should I go ahead and get it Or is there a cheaper and or better option you guys know of?? Any info is greatly appreciated!

Yes send your old unit to Philbin Manufacturing here in Portland. Will cost more but you will get the best quality rebuild that can be bought.
