If you get a small pin, push pin works well you can put it in the hole and move it.  It's a little ball and socket.

yup, small pin in the hole.. and tiny movements make a big impact

be prepared to spend some time fiddling with it, lol

oh yeah.. remember, where ever it hits sitting still, will be a bit lower at highway speeds, LOL
