87 Sub Keeps Dying

Featured Replies

My daughter's 87 Sub keeps dying. It will go for a while and die. I replaced the fuel filter but it is now getting worse. Any ideas.

Tell us more about it's death?

What makes you suspect fuel/fuel filters?

How long does it run before dying?

It is not running now. It would however run several blocks to several miles. I had a simular problem back in the 70 with a car. My daughter says its more like the power is being sapped out, like the ingition was killed.
