Check this out: http://bankruptsoul.org/gallery/displayimage.php?album=5&pos=25 This is my side-exit cherry bomb (Actually Thrush, but whatever). It's a 2", and it's the shortest length I could find - I think 25". Most auto parts stores seem to have these, so you could save yourself some shipping be checking around. Sounds awesome.
August 2, 200421 yr you can pay 20 bucks for a glasspack or cherry bomb, anywhere. bet a 1 7/8 or 2 inch inlet and exit. they sound great, and work awesome!
August 2, 200421 yr Not a big fan of cherry bombs. Ran couple of them on my Subaru. They do not hold upto abuse well (I dented mine offroading a lot) and are pretty poorly crafted internally. I perfer the Trush glass pack. A lot more thought went into the design and a lot more into the actual consturction. Just looking down the tube you can see a thought out design. The louvers are in a rifled pattern and the construction materials are beefier. The price is very comparable. Glass packs are usually $20 for the 48" ones where as cherry bombs are $15. Well worth the extra few bucks in my book
