I have a EA82T sedan that the motor has been out of the car for 2-2.5 yrs. What are the chances of the cam's oil seal and O ring being good. (54,000 mile 1 owner car)

One side has been replaced due to the engine being partially disassembled, However, the other side was never touched. I personally would guess that they are probably still good, Yes, Better to replace them while the engine is already out of the car but, I need to just get it done. If I really don't need to do it, then I don't want to. I want the car running. I am sick of moving the engine and sick of looking at the car just sit there. Any opinions out there? (Stick to the question)

Any helpers out there?

I would just replace them. Preventative maintenance will do wonders for the long term reliability of your car.
