Check the oil level, add if nessisary. Run car. Ticking will stop.

the oil level is full, it started before I changed it. so its wasn't me, but its not really that loud, its just there and when my hatch starts with that stuff I just adjust the valves and it goes away. why wouldn't it be worth doing?
