Does anyone know if these clutch kits are real OEM? Are they junk? Has anyone heard of this brand? I need to replace a 1997 outback clutch.

.......also, the flywheel shows a lot of spider cracks,can the flywheel be turned at a machine shop?

it depends on how much damage is done to the flywheel.
