99 OBW rear seat cover for dogs

Featured Replies

Anyone know of a good seat cover for the back seat of a 99 OBW for our dogs. Would like something that stays put and will protect the rear seat from collecting dog hair and dirt but isn't so slick that the dogs slide around. Thanks.

I don't know of anything for that, but they do make the little cages that you up up on the rear seats so you can keep dogs in the hatch.

I don't know if i've ever seen bench seat covers...but I am sure they are made someplace.

We have the rear cargo cage and keep the dog in the way back, and we use a horse blanket (I think that's what it's called) to protect the rear seat from the kids.

I had a wonderful ($25) rear seat cover for my '88 GL which I purchased at Wal-Mart for this same reason. I believe it was marketed for a mini-truck (i.e. Chevy S-10) bench seat. Only problem may be if you have a 60/40 split rear seat (which the GL did not have).

They also make 60/40 split seat covers. Try a larger auto parts store ( they are more likely to have one that you like in stock)
