So, from what I understand, they only made Turbo Loyales until 1991? This being correct, how difficult would it be to turbo my 92 Loyale? Also, what's the cost of this project? I'm so tired of 90 horsepower, especially when delivering pizzas.

You basically need a turbo donor car.

crossmember, turbo motor (at least everything but the block), exhaust, intake.. all sorts of stuff. Comlete wiring harness as well

Either get a donor car or CCR sells rebuilt turbo motors with all the stuff for the conversion for somewhere near $2000.
