Wondering if I'll have any trouble dropping in a 4spd to replace a 3spd? Harness? Mounting? Any help appreciated.

 

Car is an '89 3door.

Not sure about length, but isn't the 4 speed an electronic auto with it's own control box?? You'd have to figure how to wire that up if you installed the 4 speed.

Paul, the Dr. is right- the 4 speed is electronically controlled. Needs a few extra wiring harnesses plus a brain box, also a different shifter. There may be even more that's different.
