Welcome. My brother wheels in Fairfax VA. I think he said that there are some decent powerline trails that he runs on out in Chantilly.

 

Not sure how far away you are from this place, but George Washington National Forest has a bunch of OHV trails.

Don't know where you are, but the Leanordtown, Lexington Park, St. Mary's area is good.

Sometime in the next month or so, a group of us are planning to get together in the Pine Barrens of South Jersey.
