so I have a spare intake manifold and I want to port out the flange some (just make it and the adapter bigger) what should I use?

Die grinder if you have one.

I should have said that I was going to use a die grinder, but I wanted to know what stones/sanding drums to get.

Could you post some pics of the work when its done, cause I was thinking of doing the same thing when i was instaling my holley?

I ported the (EA-82) manifold on mine when I installed the Weber, using a blunt tip rotary file mounted in an electric drill. I C-clamped the manifold to the work bench, mounted all of the spacers, adapters and what-nots using extra bolts. Then I just blended everything together to get rid of that stairstep look of the port opening. Got alittle close to the water port, but I filled it with some Liquid Aluminum, (kinda like JB Weld), after cleaning the area good, and smoothed it off level with the top of the manifold.
