spotted a subaru dash in an ad

Featured Replies

to my good luck this morning i was reading an autoparts news paper ad and noticed something very very familiar. i thought it wasn't what i thought. anyway i thought for a while and stared a little then i got it. it was a subaru EA82 dash promoting a dash cover. i just had to say this. ( check out the kragens/checker/shucks auto parts ads.)

Knowing them though... I bet if you go in there trying to order a blue EA82 dash cover they will say they are out production or something

They looked at me really funny when I asked them about new rear hatch struts for the 87 GL.

so the pic in the ad was of an EA82 style dash? The one with the flat spot on the passenger side and the in-dash clock???? The dash covers they sell are the one's made of carpet though aren't they???

The wife unit's '88 DL has that same dash pad in it. Bought it like that. It's even blue.
