brake and clutch line meet together on the ea82T?

Recommended Posts

Hi, i was wondering if anyone could provide pictures of the clutch line where it connects on to the engine part. i cant really explain this well but i guess theres a brake line thing that also connects so when ur on a uphill and hold down the clutch it holds the bake down also so u dont roll back?? thats what it says in the owner's manual. plus it seems mine might be loose so i wanted to see a few reference pics. thanks alot.

It's referred to as the "hillholder". As EriK says, there is a cable that runs from the clutch fork (attaches to the opposite side of the fork from the clutch actuator cable), and then attaches to the hillholder valve. The adjustment is made at the clutch fork, and is done so on a mild upslope so that you can test the results. If you still need pictures, let me know exactly what you want and from what angle (from side or front of car, etc).
