Road Trip

Featured Replies

Took a few subie buddies of mine on a road trip today. I was the only old school subie, there were 2 turbo legacy's and 3 Impreza's (one 2.2, two 2.5's)

Was fun, but the RX is limited... and it proved that to me today. Still alot of room for improvement, but it held its own.

Now im exhausted from driving all day :)

That looks like it was fun. If the RX had trouble keeping up, its probably best that I didn't come in the Brat, eh? That and I had to work. Looks like fun though.

that because....well, you know t3h answer! SRT4 is FAST4R!

Ahhhh. Some good 'ol driving. Nothing like it!

Need more parts in the RX? Get it so it does more then keep up, get it so it overtakes! Muhahahah

No neons allowed Will...

The RX's turbo is dumping alot of oil :( Time for a new one. After that, I will get my exhaust and that should compliment everything nicely.

The car did well. It climbed uphill with ease (thank you Dual Range AWD) and it cornered like it was on rails. I didnt know what to expect cause i have different tires on (185/70R13 as opposed to the old 195/50R15's).

I will do alittle suspension work. Swap my front springs with RX springs, rear with XT springs and maybe even add a 20mm front swaybar. Then I can run my 15" rims again, and I will have them on the next trip for sure.

All in all, i had a blast! Cant wait until next time. Need some more oldschool representation however... I hate being the only one.
