I was driving on a 4 wheeler trail in the northwoods and I have bent a rear suspension component. I believe it to be the lower control arm. It is the bar that the swaybar bushing connects to. Can I replace just one? Anything else I should replace while under there? How long for DIY? any DIY tips? THANKS. Why do I do stupid stuff right before long cross country trips?

If you didn't bend anything else (Which you should check for) it should be very easy to replace.
