Cougar Posted October 31, 2005 Share Posted October 31, 2005 It would appear that the air passage in the throttle body is plugged if you have no vacuum with the engine running. Have you checked that? My service data shows that there should be 12 volts on the blue/white wire to the motor when switched to the second speed. If you have voltage there then the coil in the motor is open. You may be able to open the motor up and find the problem but if not, a used replacement motor shouldn't cost too much. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
