My front axle make a terrible noise....and that even if I'm driving as the crow flies.If I'm take a corner(not with high speed) noise is biiiiiiiigger.....

 

What do you thing about recondition axle????

You have a bad cv joint, its on its very very very last legs it sounds like. Rebuilt axles are fine, but also price an axle from subaru. Last time i bought an axle, subaru was not that much higher then my local shop.

Depednding upon exhchange rates etc and what else they do ..

I have paid as litle as 225 and as high as 450 depending uopn wheel bearings etc. usually when they make noise all the time, the wheel bearing is upset also

I've had good luck with junkyard axles. NOt sure if you have that avaiable to you in your area. Is there some way you could get your hands on salvaged parts? They are typically cheaper than even remans.

In Romania is no junkyard:banghead:.....
