gl-10 headlamp switch woes

Featured Replies

hey guys. posting in the for sale section would never heed me results. so im gonna post here, i'm sorry. frown.gif

i have an 86 gl-10 turbo 4wd. digital dash and all that fun stuff. i need the headlamp switch (module and/or switch assembly) on the left side lower portion of the dashboard.

subaru doesnt make it anymore, and aftermarket ones are few and far between and over 80 dollars a piece. plllllease let me know if you have anything, id like to avoid resorting to creating a toggle switch to use my headlamp. thanks!!!

Would the one out of an '86 Sedan work? I don't know the EA-82 line that well. If it will work, I have that stuff, just need to remove it from the car.

yea my car is an 86 gl-10 SEDAN, so i don't see why it wont work. what kind of money would you like for it? and if you can include the turn dial switches also, that'd be great.

U can take it out, pop it open (it has clips, not glued together:) ) and clean all the contact points in it with an eraser, and electrical cleaner. Worked great in my GL10, and saved me the $84.95 NAPA wanted;)
