scottsheppard@videotron.ca Posted October 15, 2005 Share Posted October 15, 2005 Every after market, Store and Internet site I read indicates a BKR5EGP etc value of plug while the manual calls for 6 range. Which is right? I just bought the BKR6EIX-11's (Iridium) and am now wondering if I should switch for a 5 range. Setright Posted October 15, 2005 Share Posted October 15, 2005 5 range is recommend for "city driving" and lots of shorter trips, with low revs. 6 plugs, especially Iridium will work very well for anything but lots of short trips. I recently swapped them for 6 range after a few trackdays seemed to wear the 5 range too fast, and I find my engine is doing very well indeed.
