Who owns the yellowish beigeish brownish ea81 that i keep seeing around the lake and in the valley? Like I said, it's sorta beige and has a couple stripes down the side (not sure what color), and is one of the ea81 models. Any leads?

Are the windows painted yellow and its running Pugs? If so, the guys name is Bob and he lives out in Carbonado. Doesnt get on the internet much if at all.
