91 loyale wont start help any ideas?

i have a 91 loyale station wagon auto that wont start

 

well the story begins here i still i highschool and have this subaru loyale for next summer demo derby and my mom got tried of me driving it around the yard and the snow so she got the neighbor to came over and do somthing to it so i could not get it running and drive it around the yard anymore

 

it rolls over but it wont fire, my mom said that he took somthing from the car to make it not start

 

i can't see that there is anything missing from the enigine bay it rolls over fine but won't fire i check the spark wires and there are tight the disubator cap looks fine what could he do to it so it wont start? and everthing seems to be there?

check fuse box, coil wire, check under black small box linkable fuses ,

looks like all the fuse are there coil wire is tight

ok i will look is there any thing esle that wont make it fire up

I would check to see if you have spark at the main coil lead. If you have it there then see if spark gets to one of the plugs. If not, the rotor is missing.
