Can you put non turbo heads on a turbo motor? this would on a EA81T, car in question has cracked heads. I have several ea81 motors laying around mostly solid lifter ones but no turbos. If it works which would be better solid or hydro?

Turbo EA81s have Injector boss's in them for the MPFI. They are completly different than a N/A or Carburated EA81 Head.

Bill, pop the hood on the tubro Brat and start comparing.... you'll see major differences like what Brian said. Injectors are part of the head just to the outside of the sparkplugs unlike and EA82 where they're in the intake

No this was forward thinking on the T-coupe in the other thread I have. I'm going to look at it today and was trying to figure least costly way to get in drivable shape. I think if I get it I might just turn it into the project car .
