I have a three short torque bolts per head. Does anyone know which # bolt they are? And do you guys lightly oil the threads of the bolts before reinstalling them???

Look at the head - you'll see that three of the holes are recessed deeper than the rest.

 

Yes - clean threads very well, and lightly oil.
