I'm not into volume as much has fidelity and quality. I'd be happy with a low powered sub, and four higher quality speakers. no record breaking system here. Tiny Clark Posted March 29, 2006 Share Posted March 29, 2006 OK, I'll admit it, you can't fry speakers with underrated amps, clipping isn't any sort of DC, and a coil won't try to hold itself in a magnetic field at an almost constant voltage level.
