do the lenses unclip or is it all one piece on a 90 legacy

On mine there were four clips, but the lens had a sealant around the edges which made it pretty much impossible to seperate from the body. Why do you need to remove it though?

my lenses are foggy looking and wanted to change them if i found some good ones.

Folks clean them with everything from brake fluid to plexis. Do a search here.

I've pulled some acceptable headlamp assemblies when I have the chance for the '90--'91 models. $35 plus shipping from Bothell if you can't polish them to your satisfaction.
