You can seal up the distributor housing and spray the seals with silicone spray to make it watertight.

Bulid yourself a snorkle.. all you need is some pvc... pvc cement, silicon stuff... it's a good time.. a heat gun will help alot if you want to bend the pvc.

Other than that, seal up the disty real good, and have a good time :headbang:

lol, just try the seach, run some 25ish inch tires, find some 14inch pugs or something like that. I've heard to wrap a cloth around the disty, depends how long ur going in the water, if its just a quick crossing, that should help. ask Zap. probably some of the best things u could do is get a lift and bigger tires, around 28's or something. you will litterally float. :banana: I'd advise mounting a outboard on the back somehow :lol: j/k

my impreza (with snorkel) DID float....

 

with some more mods.. I am going to see about making it float for a longer duration :D

 

as for the electronics and carb stuff in a brat, it is a bit complicated to seal up... disty, carb intake and coil... not too much to worry about!
