I just got a free 1990 legacy 2.2 auto for free 249.000 miles. two front cv joints where replaced, two rear are old. When you go above 40 and turn the wheel to the right slitley i get a slite rumble feels like left rear. I think its a wheel beraing so how can i tell by looking?

Jack up the wheel and try to shake it. There should be no play, if there is any play, its a wheel bearing. The sound you describe sure sounds like a wheel bearing.
