Whoah!

i think if i were to do it again, i would have bent the tubes in a little more, they stick out like... 3/4" from under the fender on each side... i'm thinking flush would have been prettier.. but whatever.

This is just me personally and doesn't mean jack......

 

But I like a bumper that sticks out a bit. Little more space before the tree hits the rest of the car.

 

2 broken tailights and a broken headlight settle this for me.

 

Oh, I have welded a couple of unibodies before and never had a problem with inspections. One was a trailer hitch. The others where welding bumpers on.
