LSD model info

anybody have a list of which subaru's had the rear LSDs? mostly looking for '95 and older, and how much do they usually run used?

SOME 89 xt6's had rear 3.9 lsd's. Also check ANY 80's RX, and other 85-89 Fulltime 4WD Turbo sedans/wagons. Remember, spin one rear tire, and if the opposite tire spins in the SAME direction = LSD!:)

Oh:

MAV. I have a spare. They arent cheap to ship, send me a PM if you wanna talk.

I have found that if you only ship the needed parts (lsd unit, stub axles, and side carrier bearings) you can ship for 10$!!

Or just scrape the grease off of the label on the rear diff and look for the three letters: LSD

Last one i sold, GD, i traded straight across for a custom 2.5" Downpipe for the RX :) Oh, and the one before that I sold at the WCSS to Mike for $125.

Ive known MAV for a few years and would rather see him with it than some Datsun guy. PM me bud ;)

My '80 wagon gen 2 EA71, before I swapped in a D/R, had 4.111:1 gears. No sticker on the diff, though.

final drive for gen1's is 3.9 for ALL 4wd models...

3.7 for 2wd models...
