May 26, 200619 yr hi i posted a thread a couple days back about my 89 xt. the timing belt is on propley and refitted pistons have full compression. fuel pump working fine injectors working fine new distributer new battery plenty of spark auto electrician cant find anything rong with electricals mechanic cant find wats rong with it I HAVE NO IDEA WATS RONG WITH IT:mad: if anyone has any sugestions please post them the car has every single thing for a good working car but it just wont start
May 26, 200619 yr is the distributor lined up properly? this can be easy to get wrong. do you have another distributor to swap in and try? what is this? a turbo, non-turbo? has the engine ever been pulled or had major work done to it? no check engine light? did you use any parts that might not be compatible...like earlier year ECU?
May 26, 200619 yr ...did you use any parts that might not be compatible...like earlier year ECU? Maybe this... Or Maybe a burnt Distribuitor Module... I Suggest to Check them, but if "Plenty Spark" you got, Have you Checked the Fuel Pump and Hoses / Connections?
