What's a "tumble generator valve" ?

 

The newer Soobs have it, just the turbos I think. They go in between the intake manifold and the head. They force the intake charge into a tornado of sorts, which helps the incoming fuel atomize better, reducing emissions and improving gas mileage.

 

They don't have any real performance purpose...
