You found it! Most people here are offroading different models than Justies, but I'm sure you can get some good info. First and foremost, be specific w/ your questions (what do you want to do w/ your car? --> Mudding, Rallying, Rock Crawling, etc.)

i was hoping to gear it up for trail running so i guess mud and rocks. i guess im looking for ideas right now from things other people have done with theirs.

I hate to say it, but to get a Justy capable to do what you want, you need to put the body on a different frame/engine. It doesnt have the HP or the gearing.

A Justy on a Sami frame would look cool:headbang:

 

Yup. But it is a fun rally car from what I hear 'round here.

 

A 4WD EA81's w/ Lo range are cheap and easy to come by. They also come stock with struts that can be adjusted up for a little more clearance and fit bigger tires. The engine is more powerful to boot.
