so, apparently i have to get a head gasket replacement done on my car. (97 legacy 2.5)

 

usually if the headgasket goes it means you have to start looking for a new car. has anyone had problems after replacing the head gasket on their car?

Do a search on HG

 

Youll see that the people who get it done only get it done once, and the car is good for a very lobg time. It's silly to throw a car away for a HG issue if its in good shape and you know the car. Used to be that it was true, but not with the high price of new cars, or even a good used car.
