question what would it hurt to put a new radiator from a turbo xt into a pushbutton 4wd dl wagon? only reason is it is new and free and I need a new radiator in my wagon as it is going to AZ. any comments suggestions?

I think it will fit easily, but if you can post a Pic of the Rad, it will be Better to say.

The XT radiator is quite a bit longer than the standard GL or DL radiator. I found this out a few years back when I went to put a radiator from a 86 GL into my 88 XT. It was several inches shorter than the one in my XT. I just made some modifications and used it anyway with no problems.

Many of us have a problem with overheating. You will have a "problem" wil over-cooling .
