I have been looking for some winter tires for my 02 Legacy L Wagon, Would these be better than the all seasons that I am using now for snow and ice? (snowboard season trips over the pass). If these would work would I be able to just replace the one tire or do all have to be replaced at once? Any help would be great. Thanks

The rims will fit without problem. Best to replace all 4 tires at the same time, however.

Check specs for the rims of forester and legacy and then work on for tyres. Should be "OK"

I saw 2000 Legacy sedan wearing Forester rims and tires Saturday, in Whitefish. Took me a second to suss it out, I wasn't expecting those stamped wheels on a Legacy.

 

Looked fine,and obviously worked for the seventy+ little old lady driving the 'Roo.
